Hi, I'm Kim Goodwin.

For me, real estate is more than a transaction. It’s about people, their stories, and the milestones that shape their lives. With over 21 years in real estate and 23 years of calling Sherwood Park home, I’ve built my business around something simple but powerful: trust, details, and community.

My Story

I didn’t start in real estate because I loved houses, I started because I love people. Over the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege of helping families buy their very first home, guiding parents through downsizing, and supporting clients as they transition into assisted living.

My husband Todd and I have raised our two daughters, Jenna and Reese, right here in Sherwood Park. Now that they’re grown, we’re in a new season of life, and it’s given me a fresh perspective on what it means to find “home” at different stages of life.

That’s why I approach real estate differently. For me, it’s not just about square footage or sale prices. It’s about listening, guiding, and paying attention to the details that matter most to you.

Alongside my real estate business, I run Third Eye-Design, my staging and interior design service. Staging has always been one of my favorite parts of preparing a home for sale, and with Third Eye-Design, I can bring that extra touch of style and vision to my clients.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me spending time with Todd, catching up with Jenna and Reese, or enjoying the Sherwood Park community that’s given my family so much.
